Affliction's fears decide its games, and a Fear cast at the wrong head is a full cast wasted — focus and arena versions fix that. Spell Lock fires from the felhunter without touching pet bar clicks, Mortal Coil doubles as a self-heal, and the three curses spread by slot so Exhaustion, Weakness and Tongues each find the target they hurt most.
