Devastation Evoker PvP Macros

Quell and Sleep Walk by slot with stopcasting, Rescue and party healing on dedicated keys.

Devastation needs exactly two things from its macros: interrupts that land while it channels, and Rescue that fires on the right teammate mid-swap. Quell and Sleep Walk get focus and arena versions with stopcasting where it matters; Rescue, Verdant Embrace and Living Flame go out by party slot.
