Enhancement Shaman PvP Macros

Enhancement fights in melee range but its most important buttons are ranged: Wind Shear at focus and arena slots with stopcasting built in, Hex on the second target, Purge on anyone with something worth removing. Static Field Totem and Totemic Projection put the control where the healer is hiding.
