Fire Mage PvP Macros

Focus Counterspell, arena-slot Polymorph, party dispels and the block cancel.

Fire's damage script does not need macros; its control does. Counterspell at focus with stopcasting, Polymorph at all three arena slots for cross-CC, Remove Curse by party slot. Cancelaura Ice Block is bound separately, because leaving block one global late is the difference between a reset and a loss.
