Frost Mage PvP Macros

Focus Counterspell, slot Polymorph and Slow, and cancels for Ice Block and Alter Time.

Frost plays the same control spine every Mage does — Counterspell at focus, Polymorph by arena slot — and leans on it harder, because its kill windows come from CC chains rather than raw damage. Slow by slot keeps melee off the partner. The Ice Block and Alter Time cancels get their own keys; both effects end fights when they linger.
