A Havoc that kicks on target only is a Havoc that gets juked. Disrupt and Imprison at focus and arena slots are the core of this set; Sigil of Misery at the cursor removes the slowest part of casting it. Consume Magic strips buffs off whichever slot you point it at, and cancelaura keys handle Metamorphosis and Blur.
