Sub setups die to one wrong-target stun, so nearly everything here is slot-addressed: Kick, Kidney Shot, Cheap Shot, Blind, Gouge and Dismantle all fire at focus or arena1-3. Shadowstep by slot starts the swap, Tricks of the Trade goes by party key, and Shadow Dance keeps its own bind because dancing accidentally is worse than not dancing.
