Blizzard's October 7 class deep dives rebuild the Rogue, Warlock, Mage and Shaman talent trees for World of Warcraft: Forever. Sap no longer breaks Stealth, Improved Blizzard's slow falls to 40%, Curse of Exhaustion reaches 30% at 16 points, Earthbound immobilizes for 5 seconds, and Elemental Mastery is cut for being too strong in PvP.
How PvP progression works in World of Warcraft: Forever. Honor is the currency you spend, Rank Points move you up the fourteen original ranks under a weekly cap, and the epic Honor set is upgraded from the blue set with an Emboldened Seal that carries rank requirements. Each PvP Season adds weekly tasks that pay into both tracks, three of which grant a Legacy Point that stays available in later seasons. No arena, rated battleground or rating ladder is part of it.
The October 6 class tuning batch is live, and three PvP talents went in above their announced figures: Dire Beast: Hawk at 500% with a change from Physical to Nature damage, Frost Bomb at 150% and Electrocute at 100%. The rest of the PvP list and the whole class tuning list shipped unchanged, alongside twelve Ula'tek nerfs on Heroic and Mythic.
Blizzard's October 6 class tuning pass buffs PvP talents on all thirteen classes, reworks Focused Assault for the six tank specializations, and lifts Restoration Shaman, Mistweaver and Restoration Druid healing in rated play. The separate class tuning list is a Mythic+ and raid pass whose damage increases are scoped away from PvP, apart from an Unholy Blightfall reduction and two Brewmaster durability changes.

Two hotfixes went live for Retail on September 29. Ula'tek's Mother's Wrath can no longer be cast at a player who is not the boss's current target, a case that was slipping through when someone sat above the tank on threat but below the threshold that forces a target change. Items dropped by Coren Direbrew during Brewfest now take the required level of the character that receives them, and stay tradeable.
